Pulse Secure Setup Client bugs the heck out of me.

I am a contractor for the FAA which recently switched to Pulse Secure for their VPM. I am on 100% travel so it is my only means to connect to the FAA network where I get my email and access websites with job information.

I am using the service and I can access the VPN just fine, using either a smartcard or by "My Access" where I go through a series of pages to verify my identity.

The problem is that the client wants to keep downloading and installing itself all over again. It does it multiple times a day.

The error I get is as follows:

Failed to download the application. Please sign in and try again. If the problem continues, please contact your system administrator.

This post was seriously truncated. what happened to the rest of it? I guess I can't tell you what my problem is. Is there someone I can contact about this, maybe by email?
