I am a contractor for the FAA which recently switched to Pulse Secure for their VPM. I am on 100% travel so it is my only means to connect to the FAA network where I get my email and access websites with job information.
I am using the service and I can access the VPN just fine, using either a smartcard or by "My Access" where I go through a series of pages to verify my identity.
The problem is that the client wants to keep downloading and installing itself all over again. It does it multiple times a day.
The error I get is as follows:
Pulse Secure Setup Client
Failed to download the application. Please sign in and try again. If the problem continues, please contact your system administrator.
