This issue only happen on those who use RSA token as login password.
1. User login by using AD domain username and RSA token password.
2. User click the share folder link under "Files". Then user need to provide the domain username and domain password to access.

The file servers are also Windows Server which join the same domain.

Anyone have the same experience? My users are complaining need to login twice to access share folders.
