New antivirus- now Pulse secure won't connect

Hi there, I have Bitdefender 2018 as an antivirus. Recently downloaded and now Pulse secure will not connect- it says it has Compliance issues- connection has failed.
Eventually it does connect- but if my internet connection drops- pulse secure drops and then it takes ages to connect again. Please assist!

Is it possible to add Pulse Secure as an exception to the client so it does not get analyzed/blocked?

    I would love to try- would you know how I could try and do this? Excuse my ignorance- I am in accounting not computers...

    Unfortunately, I do not; I apologize.
    I will check to see if I can find a demo version of the software or instructions to test this; in the meantime, I would recommend contacting your IT team to ask them if this can be done and/or contact our support team for further investigation
