Antivirus Check preventing login

I've logged onto PulseSecure this morning and was booted after about ten minutes. When I tried to log back in, I got a "Your computer's security is unsatisfactory" message, which highlighted that the Antivirus Check was causing the issue.

However, I've had AVG installed all along and it's never been an issue. It's currently Version 170908-4, and apparently updated yesterday.

I even tried uninstalling it and installing Avast in its place - same problem. Interestingly, that virus software had an update two days ago.

This suggests that the fault lies with PulseSecure or those recent virus scanner updates. Can anyone help me?

Are you doing virus scan updates in your ESAP configuration?
What version of PCS OS?
What version of ESAP?
