Network Error on macOS 10.12.6 (16G29) with Pulse Secure 5.2.6 (977)

I have successfully connected to my corporate network before, and the same connection works on a PC.

Starting a few days ago however, the Pulse Secure client is not able to connect to the network, showing a 'Network Error' before immediatley retrying.

Is there any way to completely uninstall Pulse Secure from macOS and reinstall it for a fresh start.
Where else can I look for settings Pulse Secure, incl. older versions, might have set and which I shall remove?

The way to remove it is to move it to the Trash and empty; it will trigger the uninstall script to remove the program and connection settings
Do you know if there were any changes done on the connection set recently?
