Junos Pulse Windows Client stays "Connecting" but never connects

I am setting up anew SRX240 Juniper firewall and am configuring junos pulse for home user VPN.

I have set up the config as recommended by the junos documentation, but when I try to connect a client to test it works it stays in connecting status forever and the logs are of no use.

Anyone seen this?

I have 2 users right now on the same srx with this issue. These were brand new Lenovo t540p laptops with windows 10 pro and I installed the 5.1r5.1 release. These users really need the vpn to work.

Did you ever get a resolution to your problem?

    I have the same issue with SRX220, Did you have a solution for this problem ?
