cisco ip communicator

having issues with pulse secure client and cisco ip communicator.

Pulse does not completely disconnect, if you restart you get a bluescreen or it just spins the circles. Keeps it from uninstalling too or upgrading sometimes. Seems to have started with 5.2.

Manually removing the ip communicator driver seems to help.

There is a limitation with the Cisco driver; it prevents the Pulse adapter from doing the actions it needs to do
Please open a case with Cisco OR disable the driver from the Pulse adapter
We have also seen if you install with the option to remove CIPC, it will work
