Using the recommended latest version of Pulse Secure here and I'm not able to reconnect to my university's VPN after disconnecting or suspending a session. I have to restart to connect again, very annoying. Any ideas?

What are you needing to restart?
If it is the authentication process, that may be expected if you are reaching over your idle timeout or session timeout; if it is your system, that is not expected.
Can you expand further on what you are seeing, please?
