AnyAntivirusNoFileCheck after upgrade of Norton Security

Hi,
Pulse Secure worked properly until I received an update from Norton Security. After the update was performed I can't connect anymore, I receive AnyAntivirusNoFileCheck during connection attempt. Any suggestions how to proceed? Could it be that Pulse doesn't recognize this version of Norton?

Pulse Secure version 5.2.5
Norton Security version 22.9.0.68

Yes, the server does not recognize that version
What version of ESAP are you using?
