Pulse secure is not able to connect

I am trying to connect remote access VPN using Pulse Secure but its not getting connected from my Laptop,
is there any services / Config need to be changed on laptop??
I have checked from another laptop , its connecting.
My laptop config as below
Windows 8.1 - 32 bit

i am getting error1453: Network error

please help me out
