Asking credentials twice

Hi,
anyone encountered this kind of problem on ios?

Every time users try to login, they receive a username/password error, then when entering them a second time, they can connect normally.

We are using iPhones and iPads with the latest version (8.4.1)

I found my problem. I had written our domain name in the "Domain" field of the configuration of the connection.

Once the information was removed, it worked perfectly.
