Windows 10 Pulse Client App - Authentication requires SAML

I have been using the Pulse Client app since W8.1, but we recently changed to a new Pulse Secure appliance, and none of my W10-W8.1 RT devices can connect. I suspect something on the appliance side is not setup correctly ? Perhaps the client needs to be reconfigured ? I've tried both the Pulse Client and the native W10 client. The W10 client gives a different error.

I do not believe SAML is available on the in-box plugin or universal application.
I will check and get back to you; if you use other methods, does it work?
If you use other 2FA/MFA methods, does it work?

    Thanks for responding.
    On my W10 Surface 2, I can connect via the Edge browser. My WPs and RT's can no longer connect with the SAML error.
