Pulse Mobile smart card authentication

I just upgraded to an iPhone 7 and installed the latest version of Pulse Secure (6.1.5.70621). This version no longer recognizes that a smart card is connected to the phone (via a Thursby PKard Reader). Please help.

I would recommend opening a case for us to investigate more fully, if you have not done so

Seems to have quit working for me too. I want to downgrade to the previous iOS app, not sure how to do it.

I did find where this is a known problem in the release notes for version 6.1R5 (6.1.5.70621). PIOS-869 "Unified Client iOS: Smart Card auth is not supported in Unified client; Workaround: None"

I have talked (for hours) to Tech Support, and sent multiple emails, but have not received a response.

Please help. Thanks.
